Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund for any product within 30 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Personalized items, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-refundable. Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
