Returns Policy

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags intact
• All accessories, manuals, and promotional items included in the box must be returned
• Product must not show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the buyer
• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items; buyer is responsible for shipping costs on change-of-mind returns

2. Our team will review and approve the return request within 1–2 business days.
3. We will send you a return shipping label (for eligible cases).
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.
5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your replacement item. If the replacement is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
